5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customers must notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a booking.
• Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within less than 48 hours.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all items to be moved are properly packed unless packing services are requested.
• Declaring high-value or fragile items to ensure appropriate handling.
• Supervising the moving process and signing an inventory list, if applicable.

7. Liability and Insurance

1. Standard Liability: The Company’s liability for loss or damage to items is limited to a specified amount per pound per item, as outlined in your service agreement.
2. Additional Coverage: Customers may purchase additional insurance for high-value items.
3. Exclusions: The Company is not liable for damages resulting from:
   • Improperly packed items by the Customer.
   • Acts of God, such as natural disasters.
   • Pre-existing conditions, such as damage or wear and tear, on items being moved.

8. Storage Services

1. Items stored with the Company are subject to additional terms outlined in the storage agreement.
2. The Company reserves the right to charge storage fees and terminate the storage agreement if payments are overdue.

9. Prohibited Items

The Company does not transport or store:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, explosives).
• Perishable goods.
• Illegal substances or items.

Customers must disclose any restricted items prior to the move.
